The evening includes a discussion as moderated by Justice Brian Zahra, which will include presentations by former Chief Justice Robert Young (the author of the Hathcock decision), former Justice James Ryan (the author of the dissent in Poletown in 1981), as well as Mary Massaron (the lead advocate for the plaintiffs in Hathcock).
